What is Sodium Acid Phosphate？

    Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as acid sodium phosphate, has the molecular formulas of NaH2PO4.2H2O and NaH2PO4 with the relative molecular weights of 156.01 and 119.98. It is divided into anhydrous substance and dihydrate. Dihydrate is colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder, and anhydrous substance is white powder or granule. It is soluble in water and almost insoluble in ethanol. Sodium pyrophosphate acidic is formed when crystalline water is lost at 100°C and heated continuously.
