What is Glycine?
Glycine, a non-essential amino acid, is a white to off-white crystalline powder in solid form, easily soluble in water, used in the pharmaceutical industry and organic synthesis, and is the simplest of the amino acid series in structure, with strong hydrophilicity.
Application of Glycine
●Food additives
Nutritional supplements.
Mainly used for seasoning and other aspects,It can be used as preservative of surimi products and peanut butter
The antioxidant effect (using its metal chelation) can prolong the shelf life of cream, cheese and margarine by 3-4 times;
In order to stabilize lard in baked food
●Feed Additives
